Our Tewkesbury based client has a vacancy for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their well-established company. This is a varied full time role that offers flexible working hours and can be home or office based. Previous experience of working in a similar role and SAGE accounting system experience is essential.
- Raising sales invoices and sending customers statements. Liaising with customers in a professional manner to sort out any
- Credit Control - following up overdue payments and requesting payment date
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Supplier Statements - checking invoices on the ledger agree with supplier statements
- VAT submissions
- Previous accounts administration experience
- Sage Accounts, Excel & Microsoft Office, Word
- AAT qualifications would be an advantage
- Team player as required to work in a small team
- High attention to detail, seeks accuracy & solution driven
Salary £22/25k depending on experience.
