Sales Order Processor
Our well-established Tewkesbury based client has a new vacancy for an experienced Customer Services/ Sales Order Processor on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience of sales order processing, and delivering excellent customer service B2B.
Salary £21.5/22.5K plus excellent benefit package.
- Process sales orders
- Raise Manufacturing orders
- Identify out-of-stock items and establish new despatch
- Provide Quotes and estimated delivery dates on request from Customers.
- Provide shipping information to the customer once order(s) despatched.
- Booking couriers for export
- Create credit notes
- Process requests for return of goods for return
- Complete reports, daily, weekly, monthly
- Working within a structured customer service office environment
- Shipping and export (an advantage)
- Order processing (essential)
- Good IT skills including use of databases and spreadsheets (essential)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an assertive and communicative style
