Business Support Executive £30k Tewkesbury

Due to continued growth our client requires a dynamic person to bring together the technical and commercial aspects of their service and to help bring the service fully to market. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the company and work with the development of new AI related products.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a business related subject and experience such as marketing, business development or account management.

Responsibilities

The role will encompass the following responsibilities:

1.      Working with the senior management team and key customer accounts to ensure that the service specification meets the customer needs and defining those requirements.

2.      Working with the senior team and external organisations to ensure that intellectual property rights are protected.

3.      Working with internal and external technical staff to deliver the service in a secure environment.

4.      Ensuring the service is compliant with all regulatory requirements

5.      Championing the service and working with external organisations on sales and marketing strategies and material.

6.      Providing product sales support directly to customer

 

Experience and qualifications:

·         Ideally degree level qualification in Business Studies

·         Good understanding of marketing and ideally of bringing new products to market

·         Excellent commercial understanding

·         Business development

·         Account management and excellent customer services skills

A keen interest in technology and AI would be an advantage for this role.

Hours of work:
9:00 to 17:30
37.5 hours (1 hour lunch). Once training is complete you will be invited to join the standby rota for weekend hours on an overtime basis.

This is an office based role so candidate should live within a commutable distance of Tewkesbury.
