L&D Administrator (2 months + temp role)

We are working with a professional, established organisation based in Tewkesbury who are looking for some immediate admin support for their L&D department.

This is initially a temporary cover requirement for 2 months, however if interested the position is open to permanent consideration.

It is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a busy team. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the L&D Team across a varied range of functions including scheduling induction training, maintaining accurate training records and arranging training/booking rooms/refreshments as required. Full training will be given on all systems but candidates will need previous Administration experience.

Candidates must be proficient using a computer (MS Office suite) and have excellent customer service, time management and organisational skills. 

Hours: 37.5 per week; Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm Parking available.

Hourly rate: £13.19ph + accrued holiday pay
