Sales/Customer Service Administrator
An immediate start on a temp to perm basis is available for this opportunity. Our client is looking to recruit an administrator to join their small friendly customer service team, providing excellent customer service and data processing skills, you would be supplying a great range of products to trade, and e-commerce customers based in a newly refurbished office in Tewkesbury. Although a small UK team, they are part of a large Global company providing forest & garden equipment worldwide. Training will be provided so they are happy to consider a trainee or junior who is keen to learn and develop their skills within office support and customer services. Equally, they are open to finding someone who already has good experience in a customer service role.
Duties include:
- Processing orders on the in-house computer system
- Ensure mass-merchant customer orders are booked in on time and all paperwork completed
- Process credits and customer returns
- Handle telephone & email enquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure customer orders are completed and sent to the warehouse on time
- Handle miss-shipments
- Process warranty returns
- Assist customers to use our online ordering system
- Provide support to our area sales managers
Experience required:
- Previous customer service experience or similar is preferred
- Confident with answering the phone and answering email enquiries
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Able to work as part of a team and also use own initiative
- Able to prioritise tasks as necessary
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday. 8.30am – 4.30pm
Pay Rate: £13.25ph
