Accounts Administrator
Our Tewkesbury based client has a requirement for an experienced Account Assistant for a full time permanent basis. Salary £23/27k depending on experience. Great opportunity to join a thriving business with a great team!
Responsibilities:
- Record and reconcile account transactions accurately.
- Ensure compliance.
- Take responsibility for the clients you manage, ensuring high-quality service.
- Oversee and support junior staff, including providing holiday cover.
- Work across multiple clients on various software platforms.
- Perform general housekeeping and tackle ad hoc duties as they arise.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounts assistant role
- Desired qualifications include AAT level 4 or above
- Proficiency with legal software is desired but not essential
- Strong IT skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
