Field Sales Executive (Healthcare Industry)

Covering South Wales OTE £35K+

We are working closely with a leading provider of healthcare products who has an opening for a Field Sales Executive to cover the South Wales area.  The company pride themselves on providing exceptional customer service and delivering the highest quality products to their customers and are looking for someone who shares these values and is passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives.

Applicants need to demonstrate a caring and empathetic nature, have previous field sales experience or you may be  graduate looking for a rewarding sales role in an established, growing company that values training and staff development.

Responsibilities:

  • Visiting care homes, hospitals, and customers' homes to assess their needs
  • Recommending products that are appropriate for the end user
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Achieving sales targets and objectives
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a field sales role is desirable, preferably selling into the healthcare industry, but we welcome candidates that can demonstrate the right attitude and acumen to quickly develop the required skill sets
  • A caring and empathetic approach to customer interactions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Consultative and solution-based approach to selling - including questioning, tailored presentation and closing skills
  • Ability to understand and explain technical information
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A results-driven attitude with the ability to work towards targets and objectives
  • A clean driving license (no more than 3 points)
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours when required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Monday to Friday 830am – 5pm (flexible)
